Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Facility Security Officer (FSO) at Programmed Response, Katie is known for her strategic vision, operational excellence, and commitment to fostering collaborative work environments. She excels in overseeing complex administrative processes, driving process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her expertise in resource allocation, budget management, and team development has led to increased operational efficiency and cost savings. As FSO, Katie upholds the highest security standards, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and safeguarding sensitive information.
Prior to her role at Programmed Response, Katie honed her financial acumen as a Bank Loan Processor at Progress Bank and Trust, where she supported senior leadership and facilitated seamless client experiences. Her career began as a Bank Teller at Wachovia Bank, where she displayed natural leadership, mentoring new hires and managing cash operations. Daniel Lowery, President of Programmed Response, is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of distinguished leadership in program and project management, coupled with 20 years of hands-on engineering experience. At Programmed Response, Daniel spearheads strategic direction and operational excellence, helping PR provide pivotal engineering, software support, and process development/improvement to T2S, SIXGEN, Aeronix, and Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Previously, as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Hill Technical Solutions (HTSI), he played a crucial role in aligning IT strategies with business objectives, overseeing infrastructure security, and maintaining the company's HUBZone accreditation. Daniel's career is marked by his exceptional ability to drive cost-effective solutions, manage complex project lifecycles, and foster collaborative environments that accelerate innovation and technical transformation.
Daniel's extensive engineering acumen spans hardware-software integration, system engineering, and the deployment of advanced defense technologies. Acting as a "force multiplier,“ Clint enables teams to achieve untapped efficiency and capability. His technical expertise spans design, architecture, and development where he has played pivotal roles in architecting large-scale data systems, enterprise software, and advanced tactical modeling and simulation (M&S) frameworks. As Chief Technology Officer at Programmed Response LLC, Clint oversees IT operations, cybersecurity, and cloud-based infrastructure while leading transformative initiatives that reduce risk and maximize ROI.
Clint's career is marked by a series of high-impact accomplishments, including designing the HYDRA M&S framework, spearheading the development of iOS and Android-based secure document delivery systems, and driving agile transformations at Hill Technical Solutions.
